Acumen was selected to create a new office of the future for the development team at MetroNational. The Treehouse is the first double platinum LEED certified building in the state of Texas and only a handful in the nation. The office demonstrates and showcases new workplace environments; a flexible conference space that accommodates 15 people and easily converts to a space for 40 people; a fully landscaped roof deck; and multiple flex hoteling paces for visitors.
