Brasserie 19 was the first the Clark Cooper Concepts restaurant project that started acumen down a path of restaurant concept and brand expertise. Leveraging the french brasserie concept with the local address, Acumen eloped an award winning brand identity platform that still serves as a model for the company.  Brand creation, logo, product extensions, menus, marketing elements, packaging, signage and website development were all elements of the project that is still one of the most recognized brands in the Houston Dining scene.
