Acumen reimagined the old Lone Star Beer Brewery, bringing it back to life as the Lone Star Brewery District. Acumen used existing buildings to create site plans, architectural renderings, tenant mix scenarios, branding, way finding, and other physical components. Using the site’s rich history rooted in Texas tradition and brewing, Acumen crafted a story brought to life through historic nodes and vision decks, and reflected in the branding and architecture of the district.
